We ship worldwide. The shipping costs are estimated at checkout.

After placing your order, in 48 hours you will get a confirmation letter and information about your shipping date. In stock items will be shipped out within 4-5 business days. If items are not in stock, lead times are approximately 4-6 weeks. If you would like to know if your desired item is in stock before making your order, please contact me at info@evaannaobjects.com.

My goal is to fulfill your order in time. However I can not guarantee that there will be no differences from the time table above. In that case I understand your concern so please contact me if you have any difficulties at info@evaannaobjects.com.

The custom duty and the custom clearance fee are not my responsibility and are not included in the final price, that means all countries are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty UnPaid) basis.

Please note that I do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays of Hungary. I do not fulfill orders to P.O. box addresses.

Besides I do my best to send your order within specified time period, there may be occasions when unforeseen circumstances beyond your control can affect my work.

If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered please contact me at info@evaannaobjects.com and I will help you with your return.

You can request the return of unwanted products within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition in their original packaging. Returning the products is your responsibility and cost. Make sure you use a shipping carrier with who insures your products against theft or lost. Also make sure that your shipment is coming with a tracking number so that you can follow the shipment of your returned goods.

I will send you a confirmation email when your return has arrived. I shall refund the total of your return after passing quality control (excluding shipping and return fees). The refund will be made to the original form of payment directly to the credit card with which the payment was made. This process might take up to 10-14 days.

Any unconfirmed return that arrives after the fourteen day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Due to summer holidays, new orders will be shipped in September!
